The Kindergarten program is run by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and offers two types of care options. Weekly long day care is offered for those who require it and includes the Kindergarten program, or for those who don’t need long day care hours, Kindergarten hours only are offered from 8.45 – 2.45pm every second Wednesday and every Thursday and Friday. For those wishing to access the Kindergarten days and hours only, it is fully subsidised by the Queensland Government so parents have no out-of-pocket fees for their child to attend. The Kindergarten program is guided by the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and offers many experiences that combine play-based learning with the essential skills required for school-readiness.
